Takhleeq Foundation worked for disadvantaged groups of communities & builds their capacities through alternative systems of knowledge and information by organizing local support structures with the prime focus to develop self-reliance by raising their level of confidence and enhancing their capabilities through training and skill development means.

After a long consultative process of strategic planning it comes out through different discussions that stakeholder concern needs to be reflected in information, training and skill development activities & enabling them for their easy access to it. This exercise (Strategic Planning Development) was carried out with guiding support of NGORC at Karachi. According to stakeholder analysis (needs & interests), major focus of Takhleeq Foundation is the disadvantaged groups with least access to information, training and skills. As per need, there should be strategic & practical interventions with interactive discussion discourse & linking it up with policy dialogues.

According to the analysis of Path of Strategic Interest (PSI), Takhleeq Foundation strategizes to facilitate for attitudinal change for sustainable development through social justice peace and governance issues in the society. It primarily focuses on peace – democracy and governance with sustainable livelihood with basic facilities of reproductive health and education through capacity-building and training programs. Strategic interventions of Takhleeq Foundation should be made through training & Capacity building initiative to promote Awareness, Analysis and Action (AAA) with prime objectives of social justice, peace, health and democratization of livelihoods.

Organizational Capacity Assessment Exercise

During the strategic development exercise, it comes out through consultative process of Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA), the major elements of Takhleeq Foundation drew the sketches of external environment for the development of strategic plan. Elements of Takhleeq Foundation supported to identifying & understand of strategic interventions with leadership style and management in relation with organizational structure & systems of programs and human resource management and its impact of linkages and material development with the interest of stakeholder analysis.
This structured process clarify the objectives & means of their attainment with critical assessment of opportunities for synergy & threats for challenges for Takhleeq Foundation.

Stakeholder Analysis

During the stakeholder Analysis (SHA) of Takhleeq Foundation to identify and assess the interests and address the risks with viability to provide project designing with logical framework and supports in managing the risks, threats and opportunities of at primary & secondary level. According to Takhleeq Foundation’s capacity assessment, the stakeholder analysis provides the basis for planning and participation in decision making. It comes out from stakeholder analysis to critically analyze the external environment & availability of resources with the interests of stakeholders and its alignment with the technical assistance.
Assessing the circle of Influence and Importance of Stakeholders facilitate its implementation with priority with assumptions and risks from conflicting interests. The key stakeholders with high influence and importance are the basis of coalition of support in planning and implementation.

Takhleeq Foundation Staff, BOD, Focal person of field, Network of Takhleeq Foundation, Donor, Farmers, Muslim Clerics, Journalist, SMC's, Family, Socio-political leaders & Girls Child.
